Samantha wants to her kids

Hyderabad June 20: This year's Filmfare award for the best actress went to Samantha for 'A Aa' movie as everybody was expecting. Keerthy Suresh -'Nenu Sailaja'.. Lavanya Tripathi - 'Soggade Chinni Nayana'.. Nivetha Thomas - 'Gentleman'.. Rakul Preet Singh - 'Nannaku Prematho.

Ritu Varma - 'Pelli Choopulu' are the other nominees who competed in Best Actress category. Samantha has not just won the award but she has bowled everybody out with her brilliant speech.



"Chaitanya asked me.. Why are you anxious about winning the award? I told him that -If our kids ask me in future that.. mummy.. dad is a big star.. what about you? Then I need something to show... I'll show it to them". She has shown her award while saying this. The audience were impressed with her speech and started clapping for her. Sometimes, the speech of the celebrity will bring more significance to the award. Whether she gave an impromptus speech or she has practiced it before attending the event... she has indirectly spoken about women empowerment.

On the other hand, Samantha has already achieved Filmfare award in 2013 for 'Eega'. The same year she has received the best actress award in Tamil for 'Neethane En Ponvasantham'. It is a rare record achieving two awards in best actress category in two different languages in the same year. She has received the best debut actress award for her debut film 'Yemaya Chesave' in 2010. Sam has achieved four Filmfare awards till now.
