President Pranab Mukherjee to visit Telangana

Hyderabad June 20: President Pranab Mukherjee will visit Hyderabad on 23rd of this month.

His term is ending in the fourth week of next month. The state government has decided to make huge arrangements, as it is likely to be the last of the state's participation in the presidential status.

The state general secretary SP Singh has held a high-level review meeting on President's visit to the Secretariat on Monday.

President Pranab Mukherjee would attend the inauguration of 'Global Strategic Alliance (GSA)- World Divine Congress' here on June 23.

Mukherjee would arrive at Begumpet airport at 12 am and attend the event from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm. He would leave for Delhi after the event, a Telangana government release said today.

Governor Narsingham, Chief Minister KCR, other celebrities are welcome and farewell to the President. The CS ordered all branches of the department to make arrangements for this. There are decorations in the city. Safety and traffic are suggested to take action without any other problems.

The 'GSA - World Divine Congress', organized by 'NRI Seva Foundation', would be inaugurated by the President, it said.
