Tirumala Excise officials seized liqour bottles, 6 arrested

Tirupati, June 17: There is a lot of illegal activities have been raising in Tirumala due to some security flaws.Some People are making the most devotional place Tirumala into dirty by using the defects of security systems.

The Tirumala excise sleuths have arrested Six persons here on Saturday for possessing liquor bottles and gutka packets and seized.

The Excise officials conducted raids in the early hours on Friday on laborers and hotel workers and found them possessing the banned stuff at Tirumala.

The seizures show that despite stringent measures, liquor and contraband are finding their way to the holy city.
