Bus overturned in accident, 15 injured

Vijayawada, June 16: Here a drastic incident has appeared while a private bus overturned,15 passengers escaped with minor injuries at Pedaparru village of Mopidevi Mandal in Vijayawada here on Thursday.

While coming to the matter, The bus belonging to Morning Star Travels was heading towards Repalle in Guntur district from Hyderabad. When it reached Pedaparru village the driver lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a curve, police said.

Five of the injured were injured rushed to Mopidevi area hospital while others sustained minor injuries as the glass window panes of the bus broke.

A case has been registered against the driver following a complaint was given by one of the passengers.
