MP Kavitha Alleges on Oppositions parties

Nizamabad June 16: Nizamabad MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha on Thursday flagged off a trial run of Mission Bhagiratha, Dering the occasion she said that, After Gajwel and Siddipet, Armoor Municipality will be the third Assembly constituency in Telangana to get safe drinking water under Mission Bhagiratha scheme

She said Armoor constituency was a lucky place to the TRS party and thus party announced its first Assembly ticket from here in 2014 general elections.

Now, TRS government started Mission Bhagiratha trial run from the same town.

She said CM KCR had taken Mission Bhagiratha as a prestigious project and declared that he would not ask for votes if the project fails to provide drinking to every household in the State.

Kavitha said opposition parties were resorting to false allegations of this scheme and added that in last 60 years, Congress and TDP forgot welfare of Telangana people and not even provided safe drinking water to the people.

She alleged that Congress and corruption, TRS and Telangana people are twins. Congress thinks about commission, but TRS always thinks about welfare and development of people, she added.

She said that this is only a trail run and drinking water would be provided in a phased manner soon. Armoor MLA Jeevan Reddy, Municipal Chairperson Swathi Singh Bablu, other leaders and officials were present.
