ACB raids on Sub-register officers

Hyderabad June 16: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has been raids on the Sub-register offices, from this perspective, they recovered Rs 10 crore worth assets from TV Ramesh Chandra Reddy who is under suspension in illegal land registrations scam.

The ACB conducted searches at Ramesh Chandra's residence and his relatives places in Hyderabad.

Earlier this week, ACB conducted raids on the sub-registrars who involved in the multi-crore land scam recovering property worth crores.

A flat at Kothapet worth Rs 6.6 lakh, another at Nagole worth Rs 60 lakh, land in Kesaram worth around Rs 30 lakh, the plot in Karmanghat and two acres of land at Raigir worth Rs 25 lakh were found.

Three and a half kg gold worth Rs 65 lakh along with bank balances over Rs One crore, household articles worth Rs 3.5 lakh and fixed deposits worth Rs 30 lakh were also seized.
