Hyderabad Metro enters Limca Book of Records

Hyderabad June 16: The Hyderabad L&T Metro Rail Ltd. (L&TMRH) has got 'three' records to its name in the Limca Book of Records in the latest edition for the Hyderabad Metro Rail. These are records set by the non-fare revenue stream of advertising and station retail business like:

This is the first time that Limca Book of Record History records three Metro Rail projects.

The Hyderabad Metro is being constructed with public-private partnership.The revenue generated by passenger tickets to the construction company is 50 percent. The other is to get out of the way.

These records were published in the latest edition of 2017, L & T Metro Rail Corporation Corporate Communications and Advertising Business Head Sanjay Kapoor said in a statement.

The third record is for inking an agreement with Shreyas Broadcasting Pvt Ltd on January 29, 2015, during the early construction phase of the project giving the latter the exclusive right to run its TV5 channel on the TVs installed at all metro stations for five years, a press release said
