Author eats a book

London, June 12: A wonder took place yesterday. A British author has eaten his book during a live TV show. He ate the book after his prediction about UK polls went wrong. Matthew Goodwin aged 35, a professor at the University of Kent, is the co-author of a book titled ‘Brexit: Why Britain voted to leave the European Union’.

He posted a tweet saying that "I do not believe that Labour party under Jeremy Corbyn, will achieve 38%. I will happily eat my new Brexit book if they do,” Mr. Goodwin was trolled by Labour supporters after the results came.



The Authored who was frustrated appeared on a Television show and said that "I am a Man of My words and the party got 2 % more votes ".He started eating the papers of his book on the television show.

Sources report that he has just kept a paper in his mouth but he didn't swallow anything.
