Sukumars Rangasthalam is ok?

Hyderabad, June 11: Sukumar is known for complicated themes and high society thrillers. In his films, except for 'Arya', none of the films really recorded the kind of box office frenzy that we normally expect from biggies. Still, the director is regarded one of the few original makers in Telugu Cinema.

When the director announced a movie with Ram Charan in village backdrop and that too a love story in 1980's time frame, many expected the movie to be another experiment from the director like his last two biggies, '1 Nenokkadine' with Mahesh Babu and 'Nannaku Prematho' with Jr. NTR.

But the first look released by team and working pics revealing Charan's look from the film led many to think this time the director might be making a more messy film. But keeping with his usual punch, the director kept the title of the movie as 'Rangasthalam 1985'.

Well, in the movie Ram Charan is playing a hearing impaired person and Samantha Ruth Prabhu a rich girl. Several fans and movie lovers started thinking what would the title mean as the theme doesn't have anything to do with Drama as per the sources. Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj are playing other important roles and we have to wait till Sankranthi to know the real story behind it.
