India bags bronze medal in Archery

ANTALYA June 11: A good news from Indian sports team. Indian players Abhishek Verma and Divya Dahal have won a bronze medal in the Archery World Cup Stage II. The mixed pair has won against Italy by scoring 154-153.

Earlier other players have disappointed by losing their games. Indian men's compound team earlier lost the play- offs against the French team. Indias women's also lost bronze medal match by 222-227 to the opponent.

Hopes were high on Indian team because they have won medals in the previous tournament but they couldn't perform up to the mark.

Finally, India ended the tournament by bagging a single medal. Let's hope that Indian archers perform well in future.
