Costliest Donkey in Haryana

Haryana, June 10: Usually parents use 'Donkey' word to scold Children when they do a mistake or when they are sitting idle at home without working. We won't respect Donkey. But A Donkey is having huge craze and its cost is Rs.10Lakhs.

Raj Singh, a 40-years-old man from Haryana's Sonipat district has a Donkey. He named it as 'TIPPU'. Tippu is not an ordinary donkey, it is having a price tag of Rs 10 lakh.

Tippu is the costliest donkey in the country has ever seen.

The owner has demanded a price that is ten times higher than the rate of an ordinary donkey. It is seven inches taller than normal donkeys. The food Used for it also a Costly one. Raj spends nearly Rs 1,000 on this donkey every day.

Singh said 'We are using him for breeding mules as he is a male donkey.' 'I was offered Rs 5 lakh by an Uttar Pradesh-based breeder at the Beri cattle festival in Rohtak, but I refused. I want double the price for Tippu as he is unique and the biggest one around,' Raj Said.

Tippu lives life king size and has a big appetite. A daily diet of Tippu includes four liters of milk, five kilograms of black gram, and 20 kg of green fodder. Black gram is his favorite.

He is regularly taken out for a walk in the mornings and evenings, owner Raj Singh said happily.

Tippu is very popular among Mule Breeders. His visitors include people from Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. He charges Rs 2,000 for a mare and Rs 10,000 for a Jenny. Raj Singh owns just a single jenny (female donkey). This is his family business.
