12th class state topper student became...

Gujarat June 10: Generally, Top Rankers of Intermediate Board Examination will be keen to join best colleges with the goal of bagging high-paying jobs one day. To everyone's surprise, Gujarat Class 12 Topper preferred a spiritual path.

Varshil Shah stood as a topper with the results announced on May 27th this year by Gujarat Intermediate Board. The 17-Year-Old took Diksha, which is the religious process to be followed for conversion into a Jain monk or nun, on June 8th.

The Teenager explains he doesn't want to walk in the same path anyone in his age group would do. He claims to be in search of inner peace and eternal happiness instead of earthly possessions.

Parents of Varshil Shah are quite happy with the choice made by their son. The secret of Varshil's success is said to be his hard work and peaceful mind.
