IIT Seats Increased

Hyderabad, June 8: IIT seats has increased to 10,988 for the academic year 2017-2018 when compared to Last year.

Last year many new IIT branches established so, with respect to that many BTech Seats have been increased. This time the companies has raised by the aim fixed by Central Government.

In Hyderabad, overall 45 seats are increased in IIT. All over the Country, 416 seats are increased when compared to last year. In fact, in IIT's the seats will be increased if there is Full Infrastructure only and also the Faculty should be available for the Students.

New IIT's are started in Goa, Bhilai in Chattisgarh, Jammu in Jammu & Kashmir, and Dharwad in Karnataka From the Academic year 2016-2017 and 420 seats increased respectively.

By 2015, there are 10,006 seats which reached to 10,572 seats in 2016. This time seats increased to 10,988.

In Roper 105 seats increased highly, followed by 90 seats increased in Bhubaneswar. Overall, 416 seats were added to the 2017-18 academic year and some fell slightly.
