London June 6: A sad news for Australian Cricket fans.
The match between Australia and Bangladesh was abandoned due to the rain. The match summary is as follows Bangladesh -182/10 (44.3) Australia -83/1 (16). Both the teams shared an each point.

Australia claimed that it was eligible for victory according to D/L method but umpires said that they should have played at least 20 overs for calculating the target. Earlier the match between Australia and Newzealand has also been abandoned.



Australia stands second with 2 points in the table. Bangladesh has won its first match against England even though they scored a total of 300 plus.
