Tips for Exercise in Summer

Hyderabad, June 5: Doing Exercise in the Ground or Park which is completely covered by Greenery will make us more comfortable while doing Exercise. But, after completion of May month also it is being very hot and many people are avoiding Exercise Due to it. Are you thinking How to get rid of it?

Here are some Tips follow them....

* WATER: Drink a quarter of water before 20 minutes for going to exercise. Drink 100ml of water for every 15 minutes. This habit will prevent you from dehydration. Even before going out, eating ice cream and chocolate will give the advantage to overcome the heat.

* SALT: Not only Sweat, Sodium and potassium will also be emitted from the body while performing physical activity. That is why will lose the Tolerance and become tired. If it does not happen, we should take some peanuts containing salts, Soaked Amla and other seeds which contain Salt.

* CLOTHES: Use a light-colored loose outfit. The usage of bra and ladders especially used for exercises is very good. Apply Talcum powder in the sensitive areas where sweat occurs. Do not forget to apply Sunscreen which has the highest SPF in the morning and evening.

Doing hard exercises earlier, the body cannot stimulate it. So, start exercising with slow walking and running at first.
