YSRCP leader alleged on TRS government

Hyderabad, June 2: The Telangana YSRCP leaders alleged that the Telangana TRS government here on Friday, which had failed to fulfill its core promises even three years after achieving statehood.

While speaking to reporters during the Telangana State Formation Day celebrations here on Friday, YSRCP chief Gattu Srikanth Reddy said though the government paid tributes to the martyrs regularly, their families are not given the announced sops.

The state has gone back on the core promises of jobs, funds, and water as it could not provide the quantum of jobs it has promised during the elections.

The government has failed to release funds required for water and irrigation in tune with the need.

There are many scams too have surfaced in the government departments, including revenue, and people are now looking at YSR as a role model, he said.
