* Drink daily minimum 2-3 liters of water to prevent dehydration in the body and to be active.

* Sleep for at least 8-10 hours in the nights.

* Don't drink coffee and tea.

* Drink banana MilkShake to overcome the dehydration effects of consuming Alcohol.

* Try to eat vegetarian food on weekdays.

* Do physical exercises in mornings such as Yoga, stretching exercises.
