Mary Kom makes a comeback

New Delhi, MAY 30: A good news for Indian Sports viewers. London Olympic medallist M.C. Mary Kom will return to the ring in an international boxing tournament which will be held in Mongolia next month.

She will participate in the 51kg category at the tournament to be held from June 20 to 26. She said that "I will fight in the 51kg category in the coming tournament because I need some practice before I begin to play in the 48kg category for the Asian Championships in November".



Earlier she had won her last world title in 2010 in the 48kg category.She had won four others titles in the pin weight (46kg) category.

Finally, she said that I have taken rigorous training in last six months to make a come back. Let's hope that she performs well in whatever category it may be.
