Prasad Imax in legal trouble?

Hyderabad, May 30: A Shocking news has emerged recently. Famous Multiplex Prasad located in Hyderabad has not paid taxes to the government from last 9 years. The Telangana Cultural and Tourism department has sent a notice in this regard.

The main objections raised in the notice are

* The owners have paid only the lease amount and didn't pay income tax.

* The commercial space representatives must pay RS 10 crore for a period of 2008-2016.

However, the Imax denied all the allegations and said that we are paying the amount as per the agreement made in 2008. The officials say that the theater owners are misinterpreting the agreement and they have made a loss to the government.

Finally, experts say that the agreement made was in a false manner and its high time that government must come up with a new agreement so that in future government gets its 100% revenue.
