HMDA @ Rs. 1 Cr loss/month

Hyderabad, May 29: The negligence of Private people is affecting HMDA. The revenue generated by Commercial buildings to Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority has declined in last years.

Some of the reasons for loss of revenue are

* Lack of proper maintenance facilities such as lifts, parking place, Toilets in the commercial buildings.

* High rent collected by the government officials.

* No proper advertisement for empty plots.

* Lack of inspection by the officials

Finally, the experts say that the HMDA must provide better facilities and reduce the rent so that the losses can be reduced. Let's hope that officials would listen to experts.
