Kulbhushan Jadhav: Petition filed in Pak court

ISLAMABAD, MAY 29: A setback may occur for India. A petition was filed in Pakistan's Supreme Court seeking immediate execution of Kulbhushan Jadhav.

Currently, the case in pending with ICJ and the international court has given a ruling that Pakistan cannot execute him Immediately. Muzamil Ali, filed the petition yesterday in the court.



The petition asks the apex court to order the government to ensure that justice must be done immediately. Pakistan claims that Jadhav is a Spy while India has submitted the evidence that he is a former Naval officer. It is expected that the court may take a petition this week.

Let's hope that the court respects International laws and dismisses the petition.
