Mahanadu gets marvelous response

Vizag, May 28: The Telugu Desam Party has been organized the Mahanadu event in a spectacular way. Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao said that The response to the TDP Mahanadu on an opening day on Saturday was overwhelming.

He also added that it was very fortunate that Visakhapatnam was able to organise the event for the third time on a grand scale.

Speaking to media persons at the Andhra University College of Engineering grounds, the venue of the Mahanadu event, he said that the first day recorded 23,950 visitors and as many as 45,056 had had their lunch.

He remarked that "We are delighted that the attendance was three times over the invitations sent. It only reflects the support of the people, the zeal and enthusiasm of workers, and the love everybody has towards the TDP."

The Opposition parties were shuddering with the thumping success of Mahanadu and it was a shame they were resorting to mudslinging on the ruling party.

The YSR Congress Party did not have the right to speak about corruption and its leader Botsa Satyanarayana criticizing the State Government was like devils reciting scriptures, he commented.

we knew that A big stage has been built to accommodate about 200 speakers at one time. The stage is flanked by the paintings of Polavaram project and High Tech City signifying the contribution of the party chief Chandrababu towards development.
