Sukhoi fighter jet traced

New Delhi, MAY 27: A sad news occurred yesterday. The wreckage of the Indian Air Force (IAF) Sukhoi fighter jet which was missing from May 23 has been found.
Sources say that the two pilots who were present in the jet are dead. The Sukhoi-30MKI fighter jet went missing near the China border was found Tezpur airbase in Assam.
This is the latest accident in involving the Sukhoi. The IAF has lost seven of its 240 Sukhoi-30MKIs because of various reasons.
The Jets are the latest and the most potent fighters in its combat fleet. Finally, officers have said that they are taking steps to prevent such accidents in future.
