YSRCP leader Narayana Murder case

Kurnool, May 25: As we know that, The recent rival murder of YSRCP leader and in charge of Pathikonda constituency Cherukulapadu Narayana Reddy has risen many suspects.

The Dhone police have arrested 12 persons here on Wednesday, who were accused of the murder of YSRCP leader Narayana Reddy and Boya Sambasivudu. The Police also recovered tractors and hunting sickles used by them, Kurnool Range DIG said on Wednesday.

The DIG B.V. Ramana Kumar and SP speaking to the media persons said Beesannagari Ramanjaneyulu (son of Pedda Beesanna), Kothula Rama Naidu, Kallevari Rama Krishna, Kothula Ramanjaneyulu, Kothula Balu, Kothula Chinna Yellappa, Kothula Pedda Yellappa, Gantala Venkata Ramudu, Gantala Sreenu, Beesannagari Ramanjaneyulu (son of Chinna Lakshmanna), Beesannagari Ramanjaneyulu (son of Chinna Beshanna) and Beesannagari Pedda Beesanna were having rivalry with YSRCP leader C Narayana Reddy.

They were charged under Sections 147, 148, 302, 109 read with 149 IPC and Sections 3 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act by the Krishnagiri police on a complaint by Golla Krishnamohan, a follower of Narayana Reddy, on May 21, the DIG said.

Three police teams led by Dhone DSP Baba Fakruddin arrested them near Kaluvabugga and seized the tractors and the sickles, Mr. Ramana Kumar said.

The arrested claimed that they had killed Narayana Reddy and Sambasivudu owing to severe differences. However, an inquiry was in progress to ascertain if any others were involved, the DIG said.

A police picket with a sub-inspector and Armed Reserve personnel was continuing in Cherukulapadu village, he said.
