RTA officer suspension

Hyderabad, May 24: Tirumalagiri Assistant motor vehicle Inspector (AMVI) RTA officer Swathi goud suspended. She will be inspecting the places, especially in the nights, as she wish if she could.

According to the information from a source:

# On 20th of this month, during her inspection on Sagar ring road, Swathi along with her bouncers had stopped a lorry as a part of the inspection. Then after, she warned the driver Srikanth Reddy about the lorry overload.

# Immediately, the driver said that he could bear the penalty if it is mandatory. With no acceptance on Penalty, Swathi demanded Rs. 5000/- as bribery for the driver.

But the bargaining couldn't match between them.

When the driver Srikanth Reddy refused to pay the bribery, Swathi influenced her drivers to attack the lorry driver. This has been recorded in the CCTV footage nearby for which there is a proof for Swathi's harassment on the driver.

There was an inquiry held on Swathi goud regarding the CC camera footage.

After all, this happened, the driver and AMVI Swathi goud complained about each other in LB Nagar Police station. For which their reasons are:

(i) The lorry driver complained of demanding BRIBERY.

(ii) AMVI Swathi goud complained that the driver abused her when she was 'ON DUTY'.

Soon after this incident came to limelight, the before happened incidents are coming out one-by-one.

When these kind of RTA bribery issues are into the discussion, People are very much concerned on it and are reacting in a severe way.
