Coming to details, The incident has been occurred in Vemulawada here on Tuesday, The couple named as VishwaNatham and Ramalakshmi has been living in Vemulawada.The couple does not have children, So from this, he adopted his brother's son named as Chiranjeevi.

In the 2000 year The couple written a document that their asset will be sent to her Daughter in law Bharathi, Rama Lakshmi has died recently due to health problems while Vishwanatham has been suffering from severe health conditions. From this perspective, his health condition has been maintained by His Nephew Kishan.
