RTA office attacked with fire accident

Hyderabad, May 23: Here is an unfortunate fire accident has occurred at RTA Office located at Kukatpally Housing Board (KPHB) colony in Kukatpally in the early hours on Tuesday.

The cause of the fire was an electric short circuit that took place at 3 am. The records, documents, an inverter battery, computers and card printer got engulfed in the fire.



The fire tenders were pressed into service to off the flames and it was brought under control after two hours of operation.

Due to the fire mishap, the office will not be functional on Tuesday and Wednesday, the motor vehicle inspector said in a statement.
