Trying to escape from Traffic police, youth crushed by Truck

Hyderabad, May 22: Here two youngsters were killed in a road accident, who are trying to escape from a drunk-and-drive check at Langar Houz in the city.

Coming to the matter, The incident has taken place when the bike collided head-on with a lorry as the rider tried to escape from the spot at a high speed.

According to the police, the deceased Rajesh(19) and Srinivas(24), both were the natives of Budwel in Rangareddy district took alcohol and were riding a bike(AP11AC0480) in the morning.

The duo noticed the drunk and drive check at Langer Houz from a distance and tried escape. As the two were in the drunken state they took the wrong route to escape from the police and collided with a speeding lorry. Rajesh died on the spot and Srinivas succumbed to injuries while being shifted to a hospital.

Even though the lorry driver was also in drunken state and he fled from the spot after the accident, police said.The bike of the deceased caught fire and was reduced to ashes after the collision, he added.

Police seized the lorry and sent the bodies for post-mortem.
