India signed an MoU with Australia

New Delhi, May 17: The central government Cabinet has signed a MoU with Australia to crack and control the international terrorism, which was declared by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday.

The Indian Govt has planning to curb the international terrorism, then approved to an MOU with Australia govt on cooperation in combating transnational organized crime, a cabinet communique said.

It said the MoU would strengthen the relationship between India and Australia for building peace and stability in the region through exchange of information, expertise, experience and capacity building.

The MoU was signed during the visit of Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull last month.
