Maruti Suzuki launches new Dzire

Delhi MAY 17: Maruti Suzuki has launched a new Dzire today in India.

The company had said that it has changed the car name from Swift Dzire to Dzire of the newly launched vehicle.

They said that they have changed the name because the 3rd gen Dzire is based on a new technology and the old technology used in Swift model.

The company said that Dzire will be lighter in weight and they have launched 4 variants in the vehicle.

The Prices of the vehicle are as follows



* Petrol vehicle - Rs 5.45-7.94 Lakhs.

* Automatic petrol-based vehicle - Rs 6.76-8.41 Lakhs

* Diesel vehicle - Rs 6.45-8.94 Lakhs

* Automatic diesel based - RS 7.76 -9.41 Lakhs

Company representatives said that the mileage of the vehicles are
Petrol based -22 KMpl, diesel vehicle- 28.4 KMpl. They have also said that the new vehicle has additional luggage space of 62 liters.

Finally, the company said that new vehicle is 100 % made in India and customer can pre-book the car by paying RS 11,000.
