Saptagiri kicked Vijay Devarakonda and Adivi Sesh back

Hyderabad May 17: In a Recent, an award ceremony organized by a noted media house has given a shock to everyone. In the special category of 'Small Movies', the Best Box Office hit has been awarded to Saptagiri's debut hero movie 'Saptagiri Express'. Besides being nominated, the movie winning the award has stunned the crowd.
The other nominee's movie are 'Pelli Choopulu', 'Kshanam', Srinivas Reddy starrer 'Jayammu Nischayammu Ra'. This come as further shocking since 'Kshanam' was only made with 1.1 Crore budget and 'Pelli Choopulu' with shoe-string 1.3 Crore budget and both turned out to be sleeper hits.
While Pelli Choopulu didn't get a single award, the movie's protagonist Vijay Devarakonda confined to a jury special award. Even in the best debutant director category, Pelli Choopulu fame Tharun Bhascker didn't get as he lost to Kalyan Krishna of Soggade Chinni Nayana.
In the Best Comedian category, Prudhvi has beaten Priyadarshi's performance in 'Pelli Choopulu'.
