Police arrested three Maoist helpers, seized 20 lakhs

Chhattisgarh- Cherla, May 17: Police officials has been arrested the three persons on charges of trying to deliver a consignment of cash to Maoists in adjoining Chhattisgarh here on Tuesday.

While going to matter, According to the police officials, Three Maoist sympathizers were arrested, a Bolero vehicle was seized, four mobile phones and Rs Rs 20 lakh were recovered from them near Taliperu Project while the car was on its way to Chhattisgarh.

The arrested were identified as Nayeemuddin, 60, of Mahadevpur in Jayashankar Bhupalpally district, Maqbul Hussain, 42, of Korutla in Jagtial district and Abdul Manzoor, 30, of Nizamabad district, police said.
