A survey was conducted by head Hunters India on future of IT industry in future.

The survey revealed shocking facts

* 6 lakh employees will be removed by the It companies in
3- 4 years.

* Only employees who are talented and skilled will be
retained.

* Employees must learn to use new technologies to remain
in the company.

* Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence will dominate IT
industry.

* Effect of USA revamp of H1-B policy is not yet known
AI will replace jobs in the following Sectors

* Manual Testing, Technology support, System Administration.

Finally, experts had cautioned employees that "upgrade your skills or else you will be fired".
