Kulbushan Yadav case:India appeals in ICJ

Delhi, May 15: India has approached the International Court of Justice after 18 years.
We know that ICJ has its headquarters in Netherlands.

India has submitted a petition in the international court seeking justice for Kulbushan Yadav.

We know that Jadhav was a former Navy officer and he was sentenced to death by Pakistan for spying on their country.

The court will commence the hearing of both countries from today.



Earlier 18 years ago Pakistan has approached the court regarding an attack on their naval vessel by Indian forces.
The court has given a judgment in favor of India.

so let's hope ICJ will give judgment in favor of India.
