Maoist secretary Kundan Pahan surrendered to Jarkhand Police

Ranchi, May, 14: The Most wanted CPI-Maoist leader Kundan Pahan, who was regional committee secretary surrendered to Police at Ranchi here on Sunday.

While coming to details, The accused Maoist leader Kundan was surrendered to Police, which was announced by the Ranchi senior SP Kuldeep on Sunday.



Kundan was accused in the killing of special branch inspector Francis Indwar in 2008 and loot of Rs 5 crore from a cash van of ICICI bank.

Family members of Pahan, who takes aliases like Vikash and Ashish, were present as he surrendered before Additional Director General of Police R K Malik, IG (CRPF) Sanjay Lathkar, DIG AV Homkar and other senior police officers at Ranchi.
