ISRO to launch GSLV mark III in June

Hyderabad MAY 14: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is all set to launch the GSLV Mark-III in the first week of June.

ISRO chairman said that “GSLV Mark-III is our next launch. The works required to launch the satellite are in full swing and we would start the countdown for the vehicle in next month".

We know that GSLV Mark-III is a powerful launch vehicle built to lift heavy communications satellites to space.



The chairman said that this is the first time we are sending satellites with a weight up to 4 tonnes.

currently, India can launch a satellite of 2.2 tonnes with the help of GSLV Mark II.

Let's hope that ISRO successfully launches Indias heaviest satellite.
