Passengers suffer because of TIMS

Hyderabad, MAY 12: We know that RTC has introduced Ticket-Issuing Machines TIMS in buses from 2011. Many conductors are using are using these machines because

* It is easy to carry.

* No need to write Service Report.

* Ticket issuing will be faster.

* To know the occupancy of people in buses in busy routes.

But some problems are arising in these machines in summer these are

* Not Enough Battery backup.

* Some machines are not working due to high temperatures during the noon time.

* No Replacement of damaged parts and Chargers of the machines.

* Supply of poor quality machines.

Finally, the people are suffering because the conductors are stopping the bus for the issue of tickets and people are facing suffocation during day time while travelling in the bus.
