PM Modi visits Srilanka

Colombo MAY 12: PM of India has reached Colombo for a two-day visit of Srilanka. We know that our Prime Minister has unravelled a new diplomatic policy by mixing Indias Culture and tradition in foreign relations.

This policy has shown results.

The visit to Sri Lanka by Indias highest minister assumes significance because it lowers the influence of China in the South Asian Sea. Mr Modi will participate in International Vesak Day on Friday in Srilanka.

Earlier he has received a grand welcome when Srilankan Prime Minister Ranil Vikramsinghe has come to the airport to receive him.



PM has visited a 12O-year-old Seema Malaka temple of the country. We know that temple is a famous Buddhist temple in Srilanka. Finally, PM will inaugurate a hospital built with the support of India on Friday.

He said that the friendship between two countries will be reflected in the form of Buddhism present in both countries.
