Non-Bailable warrant for Boutique Manager

HYDERABAD MAY 11: A Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) has issued to Trisha Boutique Manager in Jubilee Hills Road No. 36. According to Details, Amita Mishra, organiser of Trisha Boutique has received a Non-Bailable Warrant as she did not attend the court in a defamation case.

The warrant was issued by the 17th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Nampally. The case was registered under the auspices of Sandhya Hotels Private Limited, as the boutique organiser Amita Mishra made comments in the social media to disturb her defamation.

The Jubilee Hills police are also ordered by the court to implement this warrant. On the behalf of Sandhya Hotels, Srujansen filed a complaint in court on last April 11th.

She stated in the complaint that, Amit Mishra had made unnecessary remarks on the Sandhya Hotels Private Limited in the social media and Twitter.

The NBW has been issued due to the fact that she did not appear in the court about this case.
