Telangana villages and towns with IT services

Hyderabad, May 11: The Telangana government has unveiled guidelines on rural technology to boost up the IT services to villages and towns in Telangana here on Wednesday. It encourages to establish the Rural Technolgy Centers (RTC) in other districts including Hyderabad.

These Rural Technolgy Centers (RTC) will arrange in all the districts in the next three years, which will reach the services to the people and also helps to the unemployed youth.

IT services such as IT-based services, Data Entry, Management, Digitalization of Documents, Marketing Research, Animation, Gaming, Comics, other services required for customers, Human Resources, Financial Accounting, Legal Services, Engineering Services, Web Marketing etc. These all are provided to the people through this centres.

The IT department will provide incentives to these RTC centres. The aim of the state government is to set up RTCs for each 50,000 population. They are allowed up to 50 km from towns. It is hoped that employment will be achieved by 2,500 people through each centre.

The youth who join these centres will be trained by the Telangana Skill and Science Organization (Task) in the next three years. The issuing of these centres will allow the issuers to apply to the government.
