New Delhi, May 11: Now, he had welcomed a new service to poor people, which resolve the pending cases through digital filing(Digital court) service through online during holidays.

He has inaugurated a new digital filing service and launches a 'PROBONO' App in presence of Supreme court bench, which can helpful to poor people.The judges will solve the cases in online through this App.

He also recalled the date May 10 in 1857, Which was a first day of starting Indian Independence movement.Now, he had expressed happiness about the supreme Court's decision on the same occasion.

Modi has made a new formula,i.e.,"IT + IT = IT",what he meant: "Information technology + Indian Talent = India Tomorrow."

He said that"Embracing technology can't happen if only a few people are keen on it. The scale must be larger."



He also addressed what he called the "mindset issue".

He described that, "Mindsets have to change, that will be the beginning. However much we automate things or introduce technology if mindsets don't change nothing will happen,"

In this context, Modi also talked about e-governance.

"E-governance is easy, effective, and economical. It's also environment-friendly.The Paperless offices will benefit the environment," he said explaining his vision.

Modi was inaugurating the Supreme Court's ICMIS, a digital service which will enable people to file complaints online.PM said the digital route the Sc is taking is a step in the right direction.

"Let us create a mass movement to provide legal aid to the poor," he said.
