Indian IT Industry in crisis?

Hyderabad, MAY 10: We know that Indian IT employees have got huge demand in last decade because of growth of globalization. We also knew that IT employees salaries were huge compared to others.

Today the Indian IT industry is facing a huge crisis which is bigger than the 2008 and 2001 crisis which Indian IT industry has suffered.

A few examples of the crisis are

* recently Cognizant laid off 30000 employees.

* Capgemini removed 9000 employees.

* IBM may cut some of its employees.

* Wipro may cut 10 % of its employees.

The reasons for this crisis in industry are

* USA presidents new H1-B visa policy and promotion of 'Buy American and Hire American' policy.

* Automation in the industry.

* Slow growth rate of IT industry.

Finally, the IT employees are working in the office as if it is their last day in the office.
