Telangana to recruit 1099 Medical Employees

HYDERABAD MAY 09: 1,099 posts were sanctioned by State Government in various Government Medical Colleges and Government General Hospitals, which are functioning under the administrative control of Director of Medical Education (DME) on Monday.


Out of 1,099 Posts, 111 Associate professor posts have been replaced with promotions. Remaining all the Posts will be filled with Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC). If the process of TSPSC takes a long time then these posts will be filled on Contract basis.

299 posts including 14 Associate and 28 Assistant Professor posts would be filled in Osmania General Hospital and Medical College.

# 10 Associate professors and 20 Assistant Professor posts are allotted for Gynecology department in OU Medical college.

# 4 Associate professors and 8 Assistant Professor posts are allotted for the Pediatric department in OU Medical college.

# 42 Staff Nurses are allotted for Maternity Hospital in Sultan bazaar, and 10 Staff Nurses are allotted there only for the Pediatric department.

# 4 Associate professors and 8 Assistant Professor posts are allotted for Radio Diagnosis department in OU Medical college.

# 8 Associate professors and 16 Assistant Professor posts are allotted for Anesthesia department in OU Medical college.

# 1 Associate professors and 2 Assistant Professor posts are allowed for the Psychiatric department in OU Medical college.

# 2 Associate professors and 4 Assistant Professor posts are allotted for ENT department in OU Medical college.

# 1 Associate professors and 2 Assistant Professor posts are allotted for the Orthopedic department in OU Medical college.

Gandhi Medical College and general hospital, 169 posts.

# General Medicine, General Surgery, Gyneic, Psychiatric, ENT, Anesthesia, Radio Therapy.

Kakatiya medical college and Mahatma Gandhi medical hospital in Warangal with 252 posts.

189 posts in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences in Adilabad and Government medical college and hospital in Nizamabad would be filled soon with 190 posts.
