Nowadays, Many People are doing Dieting without doing any Exercise to look slim or to reduce their body weight. Are you one among them..?? Then it is harmful to your Bones, a Research Revealed.

According to the Research done on 46 Members above the age of 57 by Dr. Dennis Villareal from Washington University revealed this.

Dieting is the practice of eating food in a regulated way to decrease, maintain, or decrease body weight. In other words, restriction of the diet or it is conscious control.

People who are not doing exercise and reducing their food will not only reducing their weight, but also the Bones density is also decreasing.

When growing older, Thigh bones, hip, and Vertebra parts are loosing its Density and strength.

Mainly old people suffer's from bone fractions in these particular parts only.

Taking Calories in a less quantity is good for health, but doing exercise regularly will give the best result, Dr. Villareal said.

By doing Exercises Muscles will be strengthened and the density of the Bones will also increase.
