Tense situation in the Utnoor Mandal

Utnoor May 07: There is a tense situation in the Adilabad district, Utnoor Mandal.

The tense situation arose because a man was posted an audio message on the social network WhatsApp.

The audio clip contains details of some people abusing another caste people, based on the audio clip the second group people has attacked first one.

They demanded the arrest of the young men who were threatening their community.

There is a serious tension between the two sides of communities.

The district SP, who is aware of this information tried to solve the issue but failed to do anything.

The police conducted a lathi charge against the protesters and they used the tear gas, the situation is under control, DIG Ravi Verma said.

He said we have arrested the person who thrown the stones on us and 144 would be deployed till peace is restored.
