Women gives divorce to man by saying Triple Talaq

Lucknow MAY 07: A Muslim woman has set a new trend in UP.

We know that there is a growing concern in Muslim women to abolish Triple Talaq.
We also know that a woman gets a divorce when a husband says talaq three times according to Muslim personal law.

We know that Mrs. Amrin Bano has approached the media and said that she wants to give divorce to her husband by saying triple talaq.

Mrs. Bano on Saturday in a police station had issued divorce to her husband.

she gave divorce by saying talaq 3 times and all the people there were shocked.

she said that she took this decision because her husband has tortured her after her marriage.

Muslim personal board said that divorce is not valid because women don't have rights to say triple talaq.

Finally, let's hope that supreme court /Centre abolishes the unconstitutional Triple Talaq.
