New Delhi May 05: Delhi DareDevils won the match against the Gujarat lions in an Indian Premier League match at the Ferozeshah Kotla here on Thursday.
While coming to matter, Delhi Daredevils won the toss and option to field first, Gujarat Lions had registered 208 in 20 overs.skipper Suresh Raina and Dinesh Karthik helped Gujarat post a challenging 208/7 against Delhi.
Chasing a huge score 209, Both the Delhi players Rishabh Pant (97) and Sanju Samson (61) plundered the Gujarat bowlers all over the park to raise a 143-run stand off in 63 balls, which helps comprehensive win against the Gujarat lions.
With this win, sixth-placed Delhi kept their hopes of qualifying for the play-offs while Gujarat, languishing in the penultimate spot, are already out of the race.
