YSRCP Jagan Alleged on AP CM

Guntur May 02: As we knew that YSR Congress president YS Jaganmohan Reddy started his two-day 'Rythu Deeksha', on Monday at Guntur Chilly Market Yard.

He demanded the govt to solve the farmer's issues including Minimum Support Price (MSP), indebtedness, and giving input subsidy.

He said that the farmers were facing severe problems as they didn't get the MSP. He said that the State government under the leadership of TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu, has ignored the farmers in the State.

He even ridiculed that the AP CM had demanded MSP based on the Huda Committee report when he was in the Opposition, but now he ignored it after coming to power.

He also stated that "Naidu promised to give MSP based on Swami Nathan Committee report, but now he is not even thinking about the MSP,"

Jagan alleged that the CM is encouraging middlemen instead of safeguarding the farmers, "When I visited the Market Yard, it was Rs 6,000 per quintal of chilly. But now it came down to less than Rs 4000 per quintal. Chandrababu Naidu is encouraging the middlemen instead of safeguarding the farmers," he said.
