Car hits lorry,3 killed

Suryapet May 02: At least Three persons died and one was injured when a car thrashes a lorry on National Highway Chivvemla Mandal in Suryapet district.

The Incident took place at Gumpula Thirumalagiri village of Chivvemla Mandal.The accident took place on Monday morning while the victims were returning to Vijayawada after watching an IPL match in Hyderabad.

coming to details, The deceased were identified as Shadala Srikanth (26), MPTC of Chillarapallepalem village in Prakasam district, Thoka Sai Kotesh (24), a private employee and a resident of Shanthinagar in Old Guntur and Bhadi Sai Bhargava (21), a student and a native of Tenali in Guntur district. Another person, B Sai Bhargava, who was traveling in the car, sustained serious injuries in the accident.

Police officials reached the spot and shifted the bodies to an Area hospital in Suryapet for postmortem.Sub-Inspector D Praveen Kumar said that a case was filed and the probe is on.
