Aadhar is Voluntary: SC to Centre.

NEW DELHI April 28: Aadhar is facing the crisis. one reason for this crisis is the PIL filed against the Linkage of Aadhar with PAN and IT Return Form.

We know that that supreme court started hearing the PIL on Wednesday and it questioned the role of Member Of Parliment. The court continued hearing on Thursday.

"The Supreme Court has reiterated its stand against Aadhar saying it is only voluntary and not mandatory "

The court said when government submits its response it should be bound by it even when framing the rules of the Finance Act 2017.

The supreme Court said that when an Act is framed it reasons and Objectives must be Mentioned but they didn't specify the most important point that is Mandatory Linkage of Aadhar with PAN and IT return.
